Why is a course of laser treatment required?



During your first treatment 60-90% of your hair is in the Anagen stage of growth (see stages of hair growth below) a staggered course of treatments ensures that hair is targeted throughout its stages of growth.

Everybody is different and responds individually to treatment. Some clients report a difference after one session of laser hair removal however generally there is a noticeable difference after 3/4 sessions. For optimal results the hair follicle needs to render completely inactive – for this to happen the hair mist be actively growing. For this reason it is recommended clients have 6-12 sessions dependent on treatment area. This will be discussed during consultation prior to treatment commencing.
