Our booking, cancellation and treatment terms
These terms apply to all consultations, treatments and bookings made with Youthify Aesthetics. By booking with us you agree to the terms below.
Consultations & suitability
All treatments require a consultation. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment where it would not be clinically appropriate, safe or in your best interests.
Deposits & payment
A deposit may be required to secure your booking and is deducted from the treatment cost. Balances are payable on the day of treatment. Prices shown on the website are indicative and confirmed at consultation.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of deposit or a rebooking fee.
Results & aftercare
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided and for contacting us promptly if you have any concerns.
Complaints
We take all concerns seriously. Please contact Stacey directly in the first instance so we can resolve the issue. As a CQC-registered service, unresolved complaints can be escalated to the Care Quality Commission.
