Youthify Aesthetics (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website, book a consultation, or receive treatment, and how we use, share and protect it in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide via our enquiry form, phone, email, WhatsApp or in clinic (name, email, phone).
- Medical information gathered during consultation and consent (health history, allergies, medications, treatment records, before/after photographs).
- Booking and payment details when you attend an appointment.
- Basic technical information from your visit to this website (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations or appointments.
- To provide safe, personalised treatment and maintain accurate medical records.
- To send appointment reminders and aftercare information.
- To meet our legal, regulatory and insurance obligations as a CQC-registered clinic and NMC-registered practitioner.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent for marketing communications, contract for delivering treatment you have booked, legal obligation for record-keeping, and legitimate interests for running the clinic. Special-category (health) data is processed on the basis of explicit consent and the provision of health care.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your data. We only share it where necessary — for example with our indemnity insurer, product manufacturers in the event of a reported reaction, or regulators (CQC, NMC) if legally required.
How long we keep it
Medical and consent records are retained for a minimum of 8 years in line with professional and insurance requirements. General enquiries not leading to treatment are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.
